Processing Time

All orders unless specified ship out within 1-5 business days of your order. Made to order Ceramics ship in the time range specified in the order.

Packaging

Each print is signed and shipped flat in a 100% recycled padded mailer and sealed inside a plastic sleeve with a card backing. I use eco-friendly, pressure sensitive tape for securing all my packages. Recycled and reused, self-made packaging materials used whenever available.

Shipping Domestic

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Local pick-up is available for Ann Arbor area for Originals and Ceramics. Please leave a note during check-out and I’ll refund your shipping charges as soon as I process your order.

Shipping International

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and take 10-15 business days to arrive. Please note that Outer Peace by Anusree Sattaluri will not be responsible for any customs or duties costs that may apply.

Returns

In case you are unhappy with your recent order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that all Ceramic products are hand-made and unique. I quality-check all my products but slight discrepancies might be noted. If there is a defect please contact me within 7 business days for a refund/replacement.
